Proactive Care Definitions

24-7 Remote Protection and Alerts – IBT will proactively track the availability and performance of servers and desktops.  We will automatically analyze event logs, system and application services, disk space thresholds, and performance counters.  System backup notifications are completed using IBT’s BDR or any system using Symantec’s Backup Exec software.

Executive Summary Report – IBT will generate a report   that summarizes the patches installed, spyware removed, backup jobs completed, server disk space, spam items removed, and server availability.

Weekly Workstation Tune-Up –IBT will run disk cleanups automatically and delete all temporary files and temporary Internet files on PCs.  IBT will also provide Antispyware software that runs in the background to protect and automatically clean up any spyware issues before they escalate

Antivirus Software Included – IBT will provide antivirus software and monitor definition levels.

Remote Patch Management – IBT will monitor the operating system patch levels of known systems that run approved operating systems and are connected to the network.  This includes servers and PCs.  IBT is also able to monitor and manage patch levels of Microsoft Office applications, and certain critical Microsoft back office server based applications such as Exchange and SQL Server.

Online Client Portal – IBT will grant access to a client portal that allows you to issue a ticket for support, view invoices, view hardware and software asset reports, etc.

Licensing Management – IBT will manage your licensing and warranty renewals and notify you of any expiration.
Scheduled Business Review and Planning Meeting – IBT will schedule routine meetings or conference calls to review any questions you have and assist with technology planning.

Monthly Audit and Server Tune-Up – IBT will perform an audit of your network environment and make any adjustments necessary to have your network running at its peak potential.

Remote Service – IBT will provide helpdesk support by phone or email for your designated contact(s) from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.  Afterhours support is available outside of these hours via call back (overtime rates apply).

On-Site Service – IBT will provide onsite services as needed 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.  Additional service is available at overtime rates.

Vendor Management – IBT will assist with troubleshooting and regular maintenance of third party line of business applications and your internet provider(s) that are critical to your business.   Current support contracts must be maintained with these Vendors.

Exclusions – IBT considers the installation, moving, adding, changing or upgrading of hardware or software as a project and are not included in our managed services offering.

Proactive Care Additions Definitions

Sonicwall Firewall Management – IBT will monitor uptime, open port vulnerabilities, automate Firmware updates, and Schedule Backups.

Line of Business Application Management – IBT will manage third party line of business applications as suggested by 3rd party.  Current warranty and support contracts must be maintained with the 3rd party.

Spam Filter Management – IBT will manage Spam Filter and adjust as needed.

Network Management Alerting – IBT will review uptime availability of Switches, Printers, and other network devices.
